Hi! and Welcome! I hope that whether you're a teacher or parent that you will find some activities here that will enrich your time with a child in your life or children in your classroom.
I've spent many years in early childhood classrooms in Florida teaching Pre-K (VPK), observing both staff and children, and mentoring staff. I enjoy time in the classroom. Little people (children) can be so inspiring and they remind me of the joy in simple things.
I have been a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) for many years and enjoy conferences and seminars that allow me to network with other early childhood educators and professionals.
I'm hoping that this blog will inspire you with tips and ideas to help you build your bag of tricks no matter what role you play in a child's life.
